We will ship what you order. We are selling in the UK and thus abide by UK laws.

If you purchase something that is not allowed in your country and customs seize it, that is the customers loss. 

We STRICTLY will not refund if customs seize any product ordered by a customer which is restricted in the customers country.

If the customs also want to dispute the right for a purchase to enter the country, this is for the customer to resolve - we are unable to get involved. 

Thus - don't order it if you know its restricted, we wont refund.
